Project details:

Yesenia played a strategic and multifaceted role in elevating the company’s visual identity and supporting its broader marketing efforts. She developed engaging visual assets that helped drive brand awareness and educate audiences about Brightmark’s innovative work in unlocking the value in waste by converting it into new products. Additionally, she designed content that informed those who seek to get involved by reducing consumption or recycling materials properly. She created eye-catching graphics and sourced stock photography for digital and print platforms—ranging from social media carousels and video to email marketing and website content—that contributed to increased visibility and audience engagement.

During the art director’s maternity leave, she stepped into a leadership role, temporarily serving as art director. In this capacity, she helped to manage and oversee the design process across various projects, ensuring quality and brand consistency while meeting critical deadlines. Her responsibilities included developing marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, presentations, and flyers, while also contributing to creative direction.

Throughout her time with Brightmark, she ensured strict adherence to brand guidelines across all design touch points. She collaborated with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and refine deliverables, maintaining a high volume of project output, and met tight deadlines without compromising quality. Her technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Premiere Pro allowed her to produce a wide range of polished designs, including photo editing and video content, that supported Brightmark’s mission and marketing goals.
