Working closely with the content director, I contributed to building a scalable and efficient digital content engine across multiple channels. By aligning with established workflows and visual systems, I helped improve the team’s overall output and consistency, contributing to a ~30% increase in year-over-year digital content volume.To support Brightmark’s digital strategy, I developed a versatile suite of social media and email marketing assets, designed to drive storytelling and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and inboxes. My role focused on delivering clear, accessible visuals for complex sustainability topics while maintaining brand integrity and audience relevance. The design package included:
- Digital assets: social carousel templates, newsletter headers, infographic sections
- Modular content blocks for email updates, news, and educational series
- Mobile-optimized email layouts to ensure readability on any device
- Visual email elements like icons, infographics, and CTAs designed for high engagement
- Tools & process: created in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop; delivered final prints via InDesign
